Testimonials

I would highly recommend Hannah for life coaching. I explored a professional career challenge recently and can honestly say that Hannah was a catalyst for change. This was all down to her innate ability to ask the right questions, listen objectively, understand what I was really saying and provide clarity. She gave me the framework and space to look within and come up with some “eureka” moments. The insights were then linked to some actions that ultimately helped me move past the underlying fears and thought distortions that were negatively impacting on my self-confidence and decision-making activities. In other words, she helped me focus on what the real challenges were, with insights into patterns that were holding me back and resolution of these issues. In addition, Hannah’s warmth, humour, insights and reassurance made the whole process rewarding and a pleasure.

I worked with Hannah as I recognised taking on a new CEO role would feel challenging. I wanted to find someone external to my organisation to enable an independent perspective and one that would be different from the internal support received. Hannah has helped me focus the subject of each session and identify what may be my over-thinking and historical baggage on issues versus what is live now – this has been very liberating and helpful in focusing on what is the priority. The warmness of Hannah too helps to cultivate the relationship enough for me to feel as though I can be vulnerable in talking about my challenges, so that we can focus on the real issues at hand. She's been simply fantastic.

I started off viewing the coaching as slightly informal but quickly came to find that Hannah was extremely valuable in helping me to develop confidence in some big decisions I was in the process of making. She also helped to motivate me to move forward positively in other areas where I had previously felt slightly stuck. I have gone from hesitant to excited about my next steps. I would recommend Hannah to anyone who considers themselves to be in a transitional period, where they would like support to better discover and explore their values and goals and take positive steps towards a brighter future.

    Professional Background

When it comes to work, I’ve seen and done it all. I’ve been employed and self-employed and have 20 years’ experience building businesses, products and not-for-profit enterprises.
I have worked with multiple board members of SMEs, stakeholders and philanthropists to help turn their visions into successful operations. My time as a senior executive has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of leadership, people management and strategy.

    What drew you to coaching?

I’m mum to three very different children, a special guardian for a fourth child, a registered foster carer, wife and transformative coach and parenting practitioner.
In 2005, I was involved in an accident that left me with life-changing injuries, which gave me a different lens to view life through. This ability to see things differently, past limits and into possibility, has enabled me to make changes in my own life and work as well as the careers and lives of my clients.
This resilient viewpoint was tested during the pandemic. Lockdown presented myriad challenges: working full time, parenting, home-schooling, managing the home and keeping my marriage strong was incredibly stressful.
At points, each area of my life felt out of control, which had a compounding effect, negatively impacting other areas of my life.
But strength has a funny way of showing up when the going gets tough.
The trials I faced during the pandemic forced me to accelerate my personal growth and improved my resilience, confidence, knowledge and training. I was delighted to see enhanced success and stability in my family, work and personal relationships. With renewed passion, confidence and energy, I embarked on a new career as a transformative coach and parenting practitioner.
Now my purpose is to help lost individuals find themselves, so they can enjoy the work and people they love and create the change they stand for.
