Jane is driven by a vision where all women have access to the same career opportunities as the majority of men. In 2018 she was invited by 10 Downing Street to advise on flexible working, she holds a degree from Oxford University and lives in South West London with her Australian husband and son. 

She was a co-owner of the Business School in Ukraine. Knowing all the challenges of the small business she is playing a supportive role in the Coaching Community. Being a mother herself she understands all the challenges of working mums and totally shares CiM’s values and mission.

From residing in four different countries over the past eight years, she is highly skilled at developing meaningful relationships in new communities. She enjoys learning about other cultures, different ways of living, and new ways of thinking and expressing.

She joined Careering into Motherhood to continue her passion for unifying and empowering women, especially during such monumental times in their lives. She also shares our enthusiasm for educating employers to create and design workplaces to attract and retain the largely untapped, ambitious talent pool that working mothers like herself represent.
