• Almost half of working mothers believe their chances of promotion have been negatively impacted by asking for flexible working arrangements

• 65% of working mums feel there are fewer career opportunities available to them since maternity leave

• Two-thirds of working mums say their level of ambition has stayed the same or increased since having children
