    Professional Background

    Over the past 15+ years in senior global HR roles, I have had the privilege of working in dynamic and changing start-ups as well as established multinational organizations. This journey has allowed me to contribute to the success of numerous individuals and has provided me with profound insights into the complexities of change and growth.

    Throughout my career, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of building HR and Talent Acquisition departments from the ground up within fast-growing companies. This process involved not only laying the foundation but also shaping the strategies and initiatives that underpin employee hiring & retention, engagement, and well-being. 

    I enjoyed working closely with employees and managers across different continents, offering guidance, support, and coaching as they navigated a range of challenges and changes. This collaborative approach has allowed me to witness firsthand the transformative power of effective leadership and the profound influence it has on team dynamics and overall productivity. By equipping managers with the necessary tools and knowledge, I have facilitated their personal and professional growth, enabling them to lead their teams with confidence and create a harmonious work environment.

    What drew you to coaching?

    Throughout the years of my HR career, I have had the privilege of coaching many managers and employees.  To me, people are the heart and soul that breathe life into any company and as such, the essence of my approach has always revolved around creating deep, meaningful connections with the individuals I supported. 

    However, as I progressed into more senior roles, I started sensing a growing disconnect between the personal touch that I cherished so deeply and the demands imposed by my corporate responsibilities. It became increasingly evident that a change was not just necessary but essential. As a result, I made the decision to step away from my corporate positions, which allowed me to let go of the sometimes conflicting agendas that arose when balancing business objectives with the well-being of individuals. My focus shifted towards working with people as an impartial guide, striving to foster outcomes that benefit the individual and the organization as a result.

    I am incredibly passionate about what I do as being able to witness people navigate change, conquer challenges, and emerge stronger, empowered, and content in their own skin is an incredible privilege. It is truly awe-inspiring to observe individuals discovering their resilience, recognizing their worth, and harnessing their strengths so that they can live the best and most authentic versions of themselves

    Fee Structure

    1 hour discovery call – free

    1 hour individual session – £120 

    Block of 6 x 1 hour sessions – £649 (£720 with 10% discount)

    Block of 12 x 1 hour sessions – £1219 (£1440, with 15% discount) 

    *for the block sessions, installment plans can be arranged
