    Professional Background

    I am the founder of MirrorSpeak Consulting- a boutique Career and Talent development consultancy focused on Change both at an individual and organisational level. 

    I am on a mission to positively disrupt the world of people & organisational development with an unambiguous focus on development. My international HR & OD career has been focused on supporting leaders in developing and retaining organisational talent, across multiple global organisations in the U.K and India. 

    Before setting up my consultancy, I worked as an Assistant Vice President (AVP-Human Resources) at Barclays, an FTSE 100 company. My Talent Specialist role with a focus on executive development for senior leaders included robust succession planning for the bank’s top talent, preparing leaders for broader roles including board-level positions. 

    Before the Finance sector, I worked at the British Heart Foundation, one of the UK’s leading charities. As an Organisational Development (OD) Consultant, I managed the Graduate Development program for the organisation. The award-winning graduate program developed the future leaders of the charity sector through structured career coaching and mentoring, supporting university graduates with career acceleration. 

    I have also worked with top IT firms in India leading the global performance management cycles and employee engagement programs impacting over 10,000 employees across India, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines. 

    Before moving into the world of Talent and People Development, I worked as a Television Journalist for a leading news channel in India. 

    I am an alumnus of King’s College London and hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organisational Analysis, along with an MBA qualification.

    What drew you to coaching?

    I experienced the power of Coaching after becoming a mum in the middle of a pandemic. As an Indian Expat settled in the UK, and with family abroad, parenting in the middle of the pandemic was a life-changing experience. 

    Guided by my gut, I decided to let go of a well-paid corporate job that paid the bills but also sapped my energy. It took a lot of courage, a whole new level of unlearning and deep transformational coaching that helped me uncover my blind spots. Coaching made me realise that I was in my own way and subconsciously holding myself back for the fear of judgement, failure and loss. 

    So, after a transformational life experience, I trained as a Business and Personal Coach. The acknowledgement of who I am and what I am capable of wasn’t possible without the pause I decided to take. 

    Fuelled by my passion to positively disrupt the world of People development, I founded MirrorSpeak Consulting. I create thinking partnerships with my clients helping them find the space they need to pause, reflect and grow in their professional lives and achieve their goals.

    My clients are ambitious professionals working in organisations across the globe. Some of the current challenges my clients face fall in the broad range of personal and professional development including developing confidence, transitioning into a leadership role, difficult relationships, becoming a more effective HR business partner and career growth as an expat professional experiencing profound change at work and in personal lives.

    A discovery call is offered to every potential client. Here we discuss your goals, what you’re looking to get out of coaching, how we will work together and any questions you might have for me. If there’s a fit, you can book more coaching sessions.

    Duration of a Coaching session: 1 hour and 15 mins

    1:1 Coaching session- £120 per session for individual sessions

    Discounted package of 3 coaching sessions- £300 

    Discounted package of 6 coaching sessions- £600

    Discounted package of 9 coaching sessions- £900

    Group Coaching (6-8 participants)

    Minimum 5 sessions, spread over 3 to 4 months

    Price range: £500 to £900 depending on number of participants
