Testimonials
Rachel’s style of coaching is friendly, explorative and positive. I always come away from our sessions feeling lighter and with a clearer picture of how to move through challenges in my life. Rachel is warm yet professional and holds spaces wonderfully, so you feel safe and supported. She is great at getting you to consider all aspects of your ideas and her coaching helped me to focus on the positives in my challenges - this has helped me immensely thank you! Rachel is also able to hold space during intense emotions I have been overwhelmed sitting down for many of our sessions then an hour later walked away feeling brand new, with fresh ideas and a plan of action. Rachel is a great coach, and I would recommend her to everyone looking to focus on their growth.
JL, Mum of 1, Navigating a career change
I’ll be honest that I was a little sceptical that coaching would be of any benefit, but I was very pleasantly surprised that it made a big difference. Rachel helped me see things more clearly and gave me some great tools to help with my decision making and managing the ‘juggle’ that I’d been struggling with. Her solutions seemed so simple and obvious I couldn’t believe I hadn’t thought of it myself. Her way of asking questions is thought provoking and great for self-reflection and she enables you to reach conclusions and next steps on your own. I would highly recommend and know I’ll be back in the future for more sessions! Thanks again!
CM, Mum of 2, Returning to work Management Consulting after maternity leave
I started seeing Rachel during an incredibly busy time in my life, and looking back, I couldn’t have chosen a better moment. Rachel has guided me through so many challenges with unwavering support and insight. Each session reveals something new about myself, helping me tap into emotions I didn’t even know I was carrying. Rachel creates such a nurturing, judgment-free space where I feel completely comfortable expressing even the most difficult feelings. I leave each session feeling lighter, more self-aware, and empowered to move forward with clarity. If you're looking for a compassionate, insightful, and truly skilled coach, Rachel is the one!

Professional Background
After studying for a Psychology degree, my career has spanned agency and in-house roles in market research, marketing, and brand & business strategy in the UK and Australia, across industries including FMCG, Retail, Financial Services and Consumer Healthcare. Currently, I combine my strategic expertise as a Brand Strategist in the health and wellness sector with my coaching practice. Each day brings a unique challenge that fuels my passion for understanding human motivation and how brands can authentically connect with people’s core needs.
Since becoming a parent in 2016, and not having found that journey easy, I have been advocating for improving the experiences of working parents. I have been a member of several Women & Parent employee resource groups (ERGs) and set up parent mentoring programmes in businesses. In partnership with Bloom UK, a professional women’s network, I led research with over 200 women into the experiences and emotions of mothers throughout maternity leave. Informed by these learnings, the resulting ‘Great Return’ playbook is a practical guide for best practice in supporting working mothers to ensure more positive maternity experiences. I have enjoyed sharing the insights and recommendations from this and subsequent work on webinars and at live events.
Fundamentally driven by a desire to create positive impact I have also trained in Mental Health First Aid, volunteered with the mental health charity Shout, supporting texters who are struggling to cope. As a text service, the charity provides access to mental health support to those who might not be able / want to reach out for help via more traditional routes.
What drew you to coaching?
As a burnout survivor and after experiencing the power of coaching in my recovery, I became passionate about helping others to navigate their personal and/or professional self-actualisation whilst dealing with the stress and overwhelm of life.
My coaching style is empathetic and compassionate. I make clients feel comfortable so that holding space for them doesn’t feel awkward but rather feels like a supportive environment for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. I celebrate my clients’ awareness and achievements in an authentic way to recognise the progress they are making on their journey.
