This is a unique combination of EFT, meditation and colour like nothing I’ve experienced before. The group sessions are like an exploration into the psyche, whereas the one to one treatments go far beyond and look at addressing trauma from previous lives.     Professional Background

    I have worked across the board in events, sales, admin, general support for small businesses helping them with customer service, social media, copywrighting, whatever really needed. It was only in becoming a coach that I found what truly lit me up.

    What drew you to coaching?

    As with most, I felt the changes so greatly in my life that it prompted me to want to help others create a much easier journey for themselves. I love seeing the insights, the shifts that those I work with get and the knock on effect in their lives; be it relationship with their children, with their partners, finding greater fulfillment at work. What if you could live life differently? What if there was another way of doing things and the answers lay within? What if it could be easy, joyful and you could let go of stress and anxiety? I help you find the greater possibility in your life; to let go of the stuck emotions, the limiting beliefs that sit in your subconscious and create a narrative which keeps you trapped in a false identity. What if who you are is so much greater than who you thought you are? What if your potential is so much greater than the lies you have been telling yourself?

    It is totally possible to shift this. 

    Using Colour Mirrors (colour therapy) and EFT/tapping, we work together to get to the root of the issue. 

    Colour is great because it bypasses the subconscious and helps you get to the root of the issue faster and EFT/Tapping is a great tool you can continue to use for the moments you are most triggered.
