Testimonials

I love getting to know a little bit about Charlotte in our sessions as well. Having common interests helps me connect and feel more at east in sharing the issues I am working through. So I always appreciate her willingness to share small stories about her day her kids etc. It sets a good tone for the rest of our session

Charlotte you are wonderful. An absolutely brilliant coach. I've enjoyed our sessions very much. In the last year I've grown more than I've ever have. It's sad our coaching journey is ending but I'm also happy knowing you'll be helping so many people. I'll be forever thankful to you for helping me become the positive confident & fearless me I am today.

I have absolutely loved our dialogues and discussions! The elements of my life are still the same (job/family with 2 small kids) but my mental state has completely changed for the better! My surroundings are hectic but my mind is centred focused and balanced! Thank you so much for guiding through this process of change!

    Professional Background

Before becoming a coach, I spent most of my career in the world of media and events. I worked for the BBC where I was responsible for team management, program creation, and the orchestration of large-scale events. This role demanded a fusion of creativity, strong managerial acumen, and the ability to lead substantial teams from across the globe. It was also a role where coaching played a pivotal role, fostering growth, motivation, and empowerment in my teams and presenters, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Following that, I extended my contributions to various well-known charities before assuming a managerial position at the London Business School, overseeing their Executive Education programs for corporate clients on a global scale. It was during my time at the school that my own passion for coaching was ignited. Collaborating closely with the school’s coaches, I witnessed first-hand the transformative power of coaching and its impact on individuals’ lives and careers, and that’s when I knew I wanted to help people.

    What drew you to coaching?

I discovered coaching while working at London Business School, where I had the chance to collaborate with a brilliant team of coaches. I was instantly drawn in, something I hadn’t felt since my early days at the BBC. With a degree in psychology, I’d always been curious about what makes people tick, and coaching felt like the perfect full circle moment.

What I love most is seeing my clients shift. At the start, many are full of doubt or stuck in their own heads. But over the course of our conversations, something changes and they start to see themselves differently. They stand a little taller, speak a little clearer, and begin to trust what they already have within them.

It’s a privilege to be alongside someone during that transformation. I love really getting to know my clients and not just what they do, but who they are. And I want our sessions to feel like talking to a trusted friend: honest, spacious, thoughtful and with plenty of laughter too.

A recent client said she’d really miss our conversations. That meant a lot. Because to me, that’s what coaching is all about. Connection, confidence, and conversation that leaves you feeling ready to take on the world.
