Testimonials

"Jane and I worked together for a period of three months when I was facing some particular life challenges. Her thoughtful questions and insightful suggestions really helped bring focus to the three goals I am pursuing. She is trustworthy, calm and a mature professional. I would recommend her coaching services."

Deepa, returning to work in a senior role

"I came to Jane for coaching to help me gain clarity and confidence for my new business. Throughout six sessions, we explored this and more. It’s helped me take some tough, risky decisions that feel absolutely right for me and has given me confidence to pursue business opportunities that really excite me. Jane has a very patient, supportive style. I felt held, guided and encouraged to move forward. I love how Jane has celebrated my successes and progress with me along the way, which has helped build my confidence. I’ve gone from unclear and nervous to having a vision, clarity and confidence to pursue my dream!"

Alison, navigating a change from corporate work to setting up her own business

"Jane's coaching has been absolutely brilliant for me. I am currently taking some time out with my children, but looking to get back to work once my youngest is at school. She really helped me to focus on what is important for me and what I want when returning to work. She helped me to plan my next steps in manageable chunks. I feel much more prepared and confident. Thank you, Jane!"

    Professional Background

Prior to becoming a coach, I had a 20-year career in retail, holding senior positions across operations, merchandising and international partnerships. I travelled the world and managed teams in the UK, US and Europe.

After starting my family, I set up my own consultancy business as a way to create the flexibility that I needed while the children were small. More recently, after years of developing teams in my professional life, I knew I wanted to move my career in a direction where I could support others and from there Brilliant Me was born.

I set up my business to support women like me; women who have had a successful career but need some help to reshape their work life around their families.

    What drew you to coaching?

Throughout my years in retail, I always enjoyed developing others to be their best. After a period of reflection on my own career journey, I realised I had the opportunity to retrain and make a difference to other women experiencing the same challenges, juggling motherhood and careers.

As a coach, I am supportive, encouraging and intuitive, and I bring my many years of experience to help you revaluate what is important to you and return to work with confidence.

In my role as a coach, the elements I love the most are empowering others to find their confidence, know their value and start them on the path to fulfilling their potential.
