Professional Background
Before becoming a coach, I followed what looked like a traditional path to success. After completing an MA in Finance, I began my career in London, first at a private equity firm and then at a global investment bank. I was “successful,” but inside, I felt disconnected.
When my dad became ill, I felt compelled to do something with meaning. I took a brave leap and followed a long-held dream: I auditioned for drama school – and got in! That year of creativity lit me up, but the reality of struggling in fringe theatre was sobering. Disillusioned and with a heavy dose of self-doubt, I returned to finance. It was comfortable, safe, but still misaligned.
That’s when I discovered the world of coaching. It felt like coming home. Around the same time, I found yoga and mindfulness and through regular practice, I found myself.
Yoga got me out of my head and into my body. Mindfulness helped quiet the noise so I could hear my inner voice. Coaching gave me the structure to make real, lasting change. These tools didn’t just transform my life, they saved it.
Since then, I’ve worked in the coaching industry, combining neuroscience-based methods, mindfulness, and embodied practices. I’ve also taught yoga for over a decade and guided hundreds of students through their teacher training journeys.
In 2017, after the birth of my first child, I started my own business bringing coaching, mindfulness, and wellbeing practices into companies and teams across London.
Two years ago, I made another bold leap, this time with my husband and two daughters. We left the hustle of London and moved to the Algarve in Portugal. Since then, I’ve shifted to online personal and group coaching, helping women around the world create meaningful change in their lives.
My path has been anything but linear, and I used to see that as a failure. Now, I recognise it as one of my greatest strengths. Every twist, leap, and detour led me here, to the work I was meant to do – helping women create lives they truly love.
What drew you to coaching?
What drew me to coaching was a deep desire to live, and help others live, a life filled with meaning, purpose, and joy. After spending years in high-pressure environments and making some big, brave life-pivots of my own, I realised how easy it is to get stuck in fear, overwhelm, or chasing success that doesn’t actually feel fulfilling. Coaching was the first place I felt truly seen, and it changed everything.
Now, I help ambitious, busy women achieve their goals and create the life they actually want – without fear, burnout, or self-doubt. I combine neuroscience-based coaching techniques, mindfulness, and yoga to bring mind and body into alignment, so my clients move forward with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
What I love most is witnessing the shift, when a client realises she doesn’t have to settle, hustle, or shrink.
When she reconnects with her vision and starts showing up for it, one soul-aligned action at a time. It’s powerful. And it’s always possible.
Coaching is like the seed at the heart of the fruit, helping you grow from the inside out. My approach is thoughtful, intuitive, and grounded in science, with a little “secret source” of soulful support. Clients often tell me they feel both gently held and powerfully challenged, like they can breathe deeper, think clearer, and finally move forward.
I passionately believe that with the right tools, support and guidance you can live the life you deserve.
