Professional Background
Before becoming a coach, I spent nearly 20 years in business support, operations, and executive assistant roles. I worked closely with small business owners to optimise workflows, manage teams, and streamline operations.
My career was rooted in creating meaningful solutions that enhanced productivity and reduced stress for busy professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners. I specialised in areas such as process improvement, project coordination, financial management, and client relations. Developing systems that saved time and improved efficiency.
I found my true passion in mentoring others. Supporting colleagues, leaders and small business owners with personal and professional challenges and goals. Guiding them toward clarity and growth by providing a confidential and safe space to explore challenges. This sparked my desire to move into a more people-centred career. And led me to pursue a degree in Psychology, Psychotherapy, and Counselling, alongside certifications in ADHD coaching and Counselling skills.
This blend of professional experience and academic training enables me to bring a unique perspective to coaching. I understand the pressures of high-stakes environments, the importance of tailored support, and the need for practical strategies that align with real-world demands.
My transition to coaching has allowed me to channel my passion for helping others thrive whilst navigating the challenges of life, work, and parenting.
What drew you to coaching?
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 35 while studying for my degree, and it was a life-changing moment. Suddenly so much about my life made sense. The struggles, the patterns, and even my strengths.
This diagnosis helped me reframe my experiences through an ADHD lens, allowing me to let go of self-judgment and embrace self-compassion.
It was an incredibly empowering shift that not only changed how I saw myself but also clarified my purpose.
ADHD & Neurodiversity Coaching felt like the natural next step on my path. My passion for helping people had always been there, but my diagnosis gave me the focus and understanding I needed to connect with others in a meaningful way.
I wanted to create a safe, supportive space for people to explore their challenges, discover their strengths, and build strategies that truly work for them. Especially for neurodivergent parents trying to balance work, life & home.
What I enjoy most about coaching is seeing clients have those “aha” moments when something clicks—when they realise their challenges aren’t personal failings but opportunities to approach life differently.
It’s an honour to walk alongside my clients as they move forward, equipped with a deeper understanding of themselves, more self-compassion, and practical tools for lasting change.
Coaching is about empowerment, and I love helping people create lives that align with their unique brains and values.
