Professional Background
I spent 18 years in corporate marketing roles, steadily rising my way through the ranks to become UK Marketing Director for a billion pound corporate veterinary company. I worked across both product and service marketing in pharmaceutical, retail, agriculture and veterinary. I have been both a team leader and team member in both small and large organisations and across mature and growth environments.
In addition to my extensive leadership experience, coaching and mentoring was a key feature of my leadership style. I worked on European mentoring schemes and as an internal coach before making the leap into full time coaching and facilitating.
I have been very fortunate to have received very high quality training across the course of my career, including specific training in women’s leadership from Simmons University in Boston. I also have training in Systemic Team Coaching, personal branding, Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360 accredited) and NLP. I have also trained with American author and coach Tara Mohr on her ‘Playing Big’ programme for women and will shortly be completing my training to become a licensed maternity coach.
In my work I’m able to blend my marketing and coaching experience, empowering clients to work out what it is they stand for, help them value their qualities and promote what they have to offer to the world with confidence. I’ll support them to become the working parent role models the world needs.

By creating a safe space to explore and organise your thoughts, I can help enable your best thinking. I will work with you to help understand what might be holding you back or keeping you stuck and support you to take positive steps forward and create shifts in mindset. I will help you to discover your own authentic leadership style, grow your confidence and quiet your inner critic.
I work with a blend of tools and techniques alongside questions and deep listening to facilitate fresh thinking and insight. I will also help you to explore the various systems in which you are operating and support you to navigate towards your goals within your own reality.
I take a relaxed and informal approach, starting by getting to know you and understanding your values and goals in both life and work. I am qualified and trained in a range of techniques and tools and aim to balance both structure and deep listening in our sessions along with challenge and support.
I aim to build confidence and resilience and help you make decisions from a place of knowing yourself better, clarity on your goals and a constructive mindset.

Balance-Impact-Growth Women’s Leadership Package includes 6 x 90 minute coaching sessions, Emotional Intelligence 360 profile + debrief and 2 x sessions with line manager = £1,548
The Return to Work Package includes 6 x 90 minute coaching sessions, Emotional Intelligence 360 profile + debrief, 2 x sessions with line manager and 2 x sessions with partner = £1,998
