I have a background of more than 10 years of experience in corporate HR, leading organisational development, talent management and DEI projects with clients in Latin America, Europe, Africa and the Asia Pacific.
After graduating from the MSc. Organisational Psychology at the LSE, I co-founded Ñustas, an ed-tech company that creates empathetic, research-based and actionable Learning & Development solutions for women's career advancement.
In 2020, I was recognised by the British Council as the UK Alumni-Entrepreneurial Award winner.
Apart from coaching, I am currently leading global qualitative research on 'The transition of becoming a working mother' in partnership with the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at the LSE.
On a personal note, I am a Peruvian-Italian living in the Philippines which is home since 2019. As a Latina, I know representation matters, especially when navigating our path to a global, flexible and portable career, and I am delighted to bring my knowledge and experience to support the Careering into Motherhood community!
What Drew You To Coaching?
I am passionate about supporting professionals to achieve their goals during career and life transitions, and organisations to create safe and stimulating workplaces where diverse talent thrives.
I believe that working mothers go to the most intensive leadership and skill development academy during maternity leave, however, motherhood is still penalised in the workplace.
I want to change the narrative of motherhood at work, by supporting working mothers to identify their unique skillset, communicate their personal brand and value with confidence, and create a successful career on their own terms.
As a coach, I am goal-oriented, curious and caring. So if you are looking for a thought partner, that will keep you accountable and cheer you on along the way, I would love to connect!
