Self-doubts are when we doubt ourselves or our ability to do something. Often born from a fear of failure or a feeling that we are not deserving. They are also connected to our belief system, which impacts our thoughts and the stories we tell ourselves. They can impact our wellbeing and our ability to reach our potential and succeed. In noticing and understanding what our self-doubts are and challenging them with reality and self-acceptance, we can build our self-belief and gain some control over them.
On this session you will learn:
- what self-doubts are, how they connect to our beliefs and the stories we tell ourselves,
- how to become more aware of our own,
- how to grow our self-belief by challenging their reality and exercising more self-compassion.
