After becoming a mum of two, Rachel was feeling the tension of juggling a career, a baby and the pressures of the pandemic. With an increasing amount of research uncovering the challenges for mums and dads in the workplace, she decided to set up Parents That Work and write her first book, Beyond Baby Talk. The thinking?
