Testimonials

If you are serious about achieving success in your personal life or business, you need a Vicky in your life! I am so thankful to have discovered her and would highly recommend getting in contact to see how she will help you. She has expertly guided me to reach levels of business (and personal) clarity that I have never before achieved, despite other mentors. I can’t thank you enough, Vicky, you have a client for life!

Cara, Exeter

I just wanted to say such a huge THANK YOU! These last few months have really changed everything. My confidence and what I feel capable of have done a complete 180. I used to constantly talk myself out of things, and imposter syndrome ran wild. And now I have a start date for my new job next month which is my dream job!

Lora, Bristol

I chose to work with Vicky as she specialises in helping women reach their potential. We worked with a wide range of tools and ways of thinking, that I’ve taken away and will continue to use and move forward with. It has been transformational and I recommend her to anyone thinking about working with a coach

    Professional Background

My professional experience stems from over 10 years managing hospitality businesses and large teams in London, before moving into the HR and Talent Management field.
I have worked in people, finance and business management and believe that the success of a business comes from inspiring people to genuinely want to be their best and empowering them with the confidence needed to do that. I truly believe in the power of people to make a business thrive!
During my time as an HR manager, I was responsible for identifying and nurturing talent at all levels of the organisation. I worked closely with managers to develop and support employees so they could perform at their best, overcome any self-doubt and deliver exceptional results.
I have experience in business development and large-scale project management – bringing in new company-wide initiatives, including an overhaul of all company-wide training and development and a maternity back-to-work program. I worked across all HR disciplines and this experience means I can advise my clients as and when is appropriate on these matters.
I understand what it is like to work in a small and large team, for an independent or corporate employer, and what it is like to be driven and have to balance your career and business goals with a family. (I qualified and launched my own business whilst pregnant and with a young family.)
My previous field of work, academic qualifications and personal experience offer a unique approach to working with women to help them banish imposter syndrome, confidently realise their potential, and achieve their goals to thrive in life, career and business.

    What drew you to coaching?

Throughout my career, I have seen incredibly talented people unable to realise their potential and achieve what they are capable of. Lack of confidence and not knowing how to balance their professional ambitions with family commitments (without overwhelm or burnout) stopped them from pursuing what they wanted for themselves.
I know first-hand how this narrative can lead to a place of frustration and feeling stuck. It can make stepping into the opportunities and success you deserve challenging.
Trying to balance my own needs and aspirations with being the mum I wanted to be felt impossible. I tried carrying on as I did before I had a family, but this led to overwhelm, guilt for wanting to prioritise myself and my ambitions, and my confidence took a knock.
This pivotal moment led me to reflect on how I was going to get what I wanted from life. Through first-hand experience, I understand the difference that mindset and living life in a purposeful, positive way can make on day-to-day stresses and achieving what you want from your life, career and business.
Whether it’s returning to work, stepping into the career or role you want for yourself, or launching/growing your business, I know the powerful impact that coaching can have. Overcoming imposter syndrome, reclaiming your confidence (and doing it in a consistent and balanced way) means you CAN achieve incredible things.
It’s time to feel great, not guilty, about realising your potential and stepping into the success you crave.
