Testimonials
Before working with Tash, I was overlooked for promotions and the opportunity to really show my value never seemed to arise. Now, I’m often leading meetings, instead of hiding in the background and most recently I’ve made Senior Partner. My family and husband are absolutely thrilled because it didn’t come at the expense of my health or our weekends!
Emma S, Family Lawyer
Tasha’s coaching transformed my entire approach to my career development. I went from feeling ignored and practically invisible to becoming a key decision-maker and valuable member of the team.
Rachel L, Senior Associate
When I began working with Tash, I was at breaking point and desperate to quit my job (my branch was referred to globally as 'the Hunger Games'). The constant stress from such a toxic workplace was affecting my professional and personal relationships, I was close to tears all the time...Tash calls it 'releasing the pickle jar lid' and that's exactly what she helped me do. Not only did I stay with my firm and restore harmony in my immediate team but I actually went on to start-up a wellbeing in the workplace initiative for the firm.

Professional Background
I was a commercial artist, creative director and branding specialist for 20years (I’m now 50) and regularly exhibited at trade shows in New York, Frankfurt, Dubai & London, I had my own interiors and tableware
collection in production, a bricks and mortar art gallery with an international client base. I branded commercial spaces and businesses and became proficient in import and export. I was also a lecturer at University of Creative Arts – curating portfolios and helping students identify their strengths.
I’ve always been an entrepreneur and when you’re a solopreneur you ARE the brand. Branding is our Professional Visibility and Vulnerability and so often being seen and heard in business is highly charged
with emotion. I knew I was having to overcome confidence blockers myself in business and my brand gave me the support I needed. Which led me to focus on the psychology, strategy and the confidence it gave my clients.
I help highly-capable women who are Quietly Ambitious get promoted and well-deserved professional recognition with integrity and without feeling like they’re being pushy or arrogant. Quietly Ambitious means results without all the noise and bluster!
What drew you to coaching?
My branding clients often told me that I was delivering far more than creative direction and that I was providing them with valuable business insight and strategy. I was always interested in alternative wellbeing within the business landscape but, like so many coaches, my interest peaked when I spiralled into burnout and almost slipped into a coma in 2012.
I had just recovered from pneumonia following the birth of my youngest son Mylo and then my 5yr old son Oscar had a brain scan and was wrongly diagnosed with epilepsy.
After extensive research into functional medicine and his microbiome – I reversed the diagnosis and stopped Oscar’s brain from ‘freezing’ (as the doctors called it) without any medication – he’s now 17yrs old and
learning to drive!
This experience strengthened my resilience and ultimately brought me to coaching and supporting women in acutely emotional life-changing events.
I help my clients dig deep into their resourcefulness, grit and develop emotional resilience, when faced with seemingly impossible situations.
As working mums we’re juggling it all and so teaching my clients self-compassion and getting their mind ‘onboard’ is usually where we begin and then the steady offers of promotion, reclaiming days-off and rediscovering passion for their profession is the reliable outcome.
Fee Structure
I work with new 1:1 clients for 90days where coaching takes place on a weekly basis.
There’s no tie-in or obligation to work with me beyond 90days but clients typically work with me for 6-12months depending on their specific circumstances, outcomes and upgrades they are wanting to achieve.
I also offer a one-off 90-min Power-Up Strategy session, giving interview candidates a competitive edge with confidence (1 x £399)
For example some of my clients in the legal sector have referred their Paralegals, as securing trainee solicitor roles has become highly-competitive.
Contact me for more information and to discuss your particular circumstances.
