Professional Background
Before becoming a qualified life coach, I built a career in corporate finance, living in four countries. I hold a BSc in Economics and have worked as a Financial Analyst for large corporations such as SABMiller, Johnson & Johnson, and Trafigura, as well as for a health start-up, health.com.au.
I have had the privilege of living and working across three continents—in Russia, Switzerland, Australia—and finally settled in the UK in 2016.
Searching for jobs in new countries was challenging, but adapting to diverse cultural and professional environments provided me with invaluable experience and broadened my perspective. This journey has shaped me as a person and equipped me with the ability to understand how our self-perceptions and worldviews are influenced by the environments we grow up in.
Managing a career, relocating internationally, and becoming a mother to two wonderful children has made me acutely aware of the challenges in finding wellbeing and parenting balance. I believe developing emotional resilience and healthy coping mechanisms for everyday stresses is crucial to living a healthy and fulfilling life.
My longstanding interest in wellbeing and psychology, coupled with a proactive approach to achieving inner peace and personal fulfilment regardless of one’s environment, has always guided me.
My analytical skills remain a key asset, helping me to this day to analyse the human mind and assist my clients in understanding how their behaviours align with their values.
In 2021, I launched a creative brand of art prints for children and adults, The Noochkin, believing strongly in the role of creativity in our wellbeing. Expressing ourselves through creative activities can help reduce anxiety, stress and also shape a positive outlook on life. I use creative tools in my practice, helping my clients to access their imagination, which is one of our most powerful tools for healing ourselves.
What drew you to coaching?
I’ve had a long-standing interest in wellbeing and how we form habits.
When I settled in the UK eight years ago, I found myself lost in terms of the direction, but happily I found a therapist whose coaching brought immense transformation and support.
Seeing how it benefited my life, I fell in love with psychology and personal development, and this turned into a passion for supporting people and helping them make positive life changes.
Certified as an Addictive Behaviour Coach and qualified as Personal Performance Coach, my focus has been on behaviour change, particularly around emotional, binge, and disordered eating—something I’ve personally experienced during stressful times.
Additionally, I specialise in coaching for periods of change and decision-making. Having lived in four countries across three continents, changed career twice, navigated parenthood, divorce, and new relationships over 13 years, I understand the mix of fear and potential rewards these transitions bring. I can help you navigate uncertainty and find clarity on what decision truly feels right for you.
My coaching approach is integrative, holistic, and proactive – 360°, ensuring that you’re supported emotionally and practically as you embark on your journey of change.
I cultivate self-compassion and self-acceptance. Change is not easy, and I provide accountability throughout the journey. I believe long-lasting change is only possible by gaining clarity on who you are as a person, your values, and your true beliefs.
Whether you’re changing habits or making life-altering decisions, I’m here to support your journey towards holistic wellbeing and fulfilment.
