Testimonials

Everything seemed to be very difficult to handle, I was having an awful time at my job, stressing out continuously. I was not able to relax after work nor sleep all because of my job, then waking up even more stressed, a true vicious cycle. Nikki was tremendously helpful and took a very methodical approach. She listened and asked relevant questions and once she fully understood what the issue was, gave me guidance and real actions I could take every time my mind drifted to that bad place. I'd like to thank Nikki for her help, guidance and contribution to me being in a much better place today. I have moved on from that job and, at present, am really enjoying my new role. Every time I feel like I might start stressing, I take a moment and think back to techniques Nikki mentioned to help myself think more positively.

Nikki has a remarkable ability to truly listen and understand. She helped me to think differently by seeing things from my perspective and offered suggestions that actually worked for me. I really appreciate our sessions. They made a real difference.

    Coaching Qualifications

    • Level 2 Counselling Skills

    Professional Background

With nearly two decades of experience in the financial services sector, Nikki has developed a deep expertise in tax: primarily in VAT but also in corporate, private client, and operational taxes. She holds both ACA, CTA and Diploma in Tax Technology qualifications (because not only does she love tax, she also loves exams).
Her career in recent years has been defined by a drive for improvement and making a difference, leading transformative initiatives both within VAT compliance and across the Financial Services tax practice as a whole. This had involved the application of technology and alternative delivery models across a range of service offerings. This passion for making a difference and driving change has naturally led her to further her career as a coach.

    What drew you to coaching?

Throughout her career, Nikki has experienced both the highs of being in an ideal role and the ‘less highs’ of feeling mismatched. In challenging times, coaching and external perspectives have been invaluable in helping her navigate towards positive outcomes rather than running away from situations. This personal journey has inspired her to help others in making meaningful changes whether that involves a career shift, aiming for a promotion, navigating fertility issues at work or seeking more flexible work options.
In addition to her tax expertise, Nikki brings a unique perspective as she is a trained fitness professional,
experienced maths tutor and also trained in radio and TV presenting. This diverse skill set equips her to support clients in a holistic way, enhancing both their professional and personal growth through the use of her 5 pillar approach.
For Nikki there is no greater thrill than seeing someone she coaches finding their path and succeeding.
