Testimonials
"Louisa has been amazing at helping me through the transition into my new role, and my first foray into leading a large team. Every interaction was incredibly useful to tackle the challenge I was facing at that moment in time. Louisa’s approach left me developing my own solutions and tactics, with definite ownership on the actions I needed to take."
Kevin, leader
"Louisa has helped me articulate my priorities, formulate next steps and provided me with an accountability. She listens, helps me focus my thoughts and brings me back from the tangents my brain fires off in. With difficult decisions, I know what I need to do but she gives me the confidence to move forward to action. Louisa is engaging, focused and encouraging. Her style is friendly yet she isn’t afraid of pointing out the ‘hard’ things. My time and money are very valuable to me and I wouldn’t engage with a coach unless they truly are adding value to my life."
Karen, business founder
"The coaching sessions I had with Louisa were a game changer for me. She helped boost my confidence, talk about my barriers and seek feedback. Our work together resulted in a positive outcome, both in my personal and working life. I have achieved a promotion since!"

Professional Background
Prior to becoming a coach, I worked in Human Resources across both the public and private sector, predominantly at Macmillan Cancer Relief, Barclays and Experian. I worked in a variety of roles, from executive assistant to leading a team as a senior HR business partner, in various business areas and in different HR functions.
Coaching was a key aspect of many of my roles when working in partnership with executive leaders and managers to develop and drive their people strategies.
After having my third child, I decided to follow my passion for coaching in a professional context. Following my studies, experience and accreditations, I set up my own coaching practice and have since enjoyed working with clients through one-to-ones and workshops. I get regular supervision and further my learning in topics that particularly interest me.
I’m a big fan of Brene Brown and am ‘Dare to Lead’ trained in the skills, practices and tools that underpin her four skill sets of courage.
What drew you to coaching?
I got to a point in my career when I was struggling to overcome a limiting belief that was holding me back from progressing further. I felt frustrated at not being able to reach my full potential and was discontented and started to lack purpose. This, together with the need to balance work and childcare, prompted me to follow my passion for coaching in a professional context at the end of my maternity leave after the birth of my third child.
My path into coaching has taken me on my own personal journey of self-awareness and reflection, and has helped me to understand myself better (and dig into that limiting belief that was holding me back!). I have learnt first hand the power of coaching to support lasting and sustainable change.
My passion, purpose and expertise is in supporting others to uncover and overcome what’s holding them back from achieving what they are striving for. I create a safe and supportive space where you get valuable time for self discovery, reflection and learning. I believe that we can all become liberated from what inhibits us to fulfil our potential and live more contentedly
