During the 20 plus years I worked in head office global banking organisations, I gained insight into the ‘corporate mindset’. In these huge and complex organisations, where change is a constant, I observed that leaders who considered and incorporated the psychological impact were not only more successful, but their impact was longer lasting. Their teams were engaged and aligned to their objectives, creating a healthier and productive sub-culture in their teams. I became interested in how people respond to challenges, and what can get in the way of reaching their potential.
What drew you to coaching?

My training as a master’s qualified and accredited Psychotherapist gives me extensive insight in how people function, and how personal change and transformation occur. As a Coach and Personal Development Consultant, I combine this with my knowledge and experience of the corporate mindset to identify how to grow and deepen awareness and understanding. Along with professional and creative questioning, this can lead to improved creative thinking, which in turn can unlock greater potential and growth. This allows me to help you become more aware of the personal and organisational aspects that get in the way of achieving both personal and organisational goals.
