Testimonials
"It has been so enjoyable to work with Juliette and an experience that I will never forget. Taking the time to stop and think about my life and work, as well as understand what makes me unique, has given me the clarity and confidence to take control of my choices and pave the way for the next chapter. Thank you, Juliette!"
Jane - wanting to figure out her next career move
"Before coaching, I didn't feel connected to the work that I am doing. I felt bored, frustrated and like my skills weren't being utilised to their fullest extent. I now feel more confident about my skills and abilities. Going through the programme has helped me to understand why I'm not connecting to the work that I currently do and I now have more clarity on what is needed to help me feel motivated. I also just really enjoyed chatting to Juliette who was really easy to talk to. She really listens and makes some astute observations as a result. This helped to shape the clarity I now have about my future direction."
Anna - looking for a more meaningful career
"Juliette was very good at being supportive, yet challenging, and wasn't afraid to ask questions that made me really think about my response. I am now confident that I have something valuable to offer potential clients, and clear on the steps I need to take in order to make the transition into a new career."
Grace - wanting to start a new business

Professional Background
Before starting my own coaching business, I’d had a varied career over 14 years working in TV and video production, then the ski and travel industries, and finally in advertising and marketing.
However I was caught up in the rat race and feeling increasingly unhappy with my long commute and stressful lifestyle.
Then my partner and I decided that we wanted to start a family.
I had a life-plan mapped out in my mind: we’d have a baby, I’d use my ‘spare time’ on maternity leave to re-evaluate what I really wanted to do career-wise then I’d start new role/career/business.
With my new career launched, we’d move to the coast and live happily ever after.
Except that wasn’t how it panned out.
We did move to the coast (Brighton) – but it was much earlier than expected, and resulted in a four-hour round trip commute for me.
And it took us over five years to have our daughter via IVF, with some painful losses along the way.
However, during this time, I hired an amazing career coach who helped me to re-build my confidence, get clear on what I really wanted, and gave me the tools to achieve my goals.
I eventually went part time, re-trained as a coach and started my business on the side. And soon, I was focusing full-time on the business.
What I learned, from this career transition and series of life changes is this:
1. There is never a ‘right time’ to make the changes you want to see in your life. You just have to start where you are.
2. Finding work you love will carry you through even the darkest times of your life.
3. Be determined and adaptable. The journey may be long and winding, but it is completely worth it.
4. Don’t underestimate what you’re capable of.
Now I get to work with amazing, purpose driven women every day, helping them to recognise their gifts and and create a life and career which gives them purpose, happiness and balance.
What drew you to coaching?
I’ve always had a passion for psychology, personal and professional development which led me in the direction of re-training as a Career Coach following my own experience of burnout and career change.
I now specialise in working with women who are struggling to find clarity and confidence in their careers, because I kept coming across so many of them who were feeling overwhelmed, held back by self doubt and struggling to realise their incredible, untapped potential.
Previous clients have said that as a coach I’m able to be supportive and insightful, yet am not afraid to gently challenge when needed and get them thinking in new and more empowering ways.
I am also a certified Positive Psychology Practitioner (known as ‘the science of happiness’) and have a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills.
The tools and practices I have learned in these areas have made a huge difference to my own happiness, wellbeing and quality of life, and now I love to blend these into my coaching sessions so that my clients can feel the benefits too.
Fee Structure
I work through a complete coaching programme with clients, called ‘Firework’. It typically takes about 12 sessions to get through the whole programme, and the number of sessions per month depends on your schedule but generally they are weekly or fortnightly.
We go through three phases called Explore, Dream and Discover. I explain what each of these involves in the video here.
I offer either an upfront payment of £1,200 (save 10%) or a monthly instalment plan of £220 which spreads the cost over six months. Payment covers 12 60-minute coaching sessions, all your learning materials and unlimited email support between sessions. If at any point you decide that the programme is not working for you, you can cancel with one month’s notice.
