Professional Background
My career background is in Project Management, Business Planning and Business Development. I was also Operations Manager in a busy consultancy start-up that we grew from six to seven figures during the years I was there. In a sense, this gave me the experience of how ‘not’ to do it – we did a lot of things the hard way!
The central theme to my work with my clients is ‘working less and earning more’ – this is something I put into practice in my own business, and a core principle we embed in their businesses too.
What drew you to coaching?
I am passionate about enabling women to create opportunities for themselves and others, and to create wealth. I help my clients as they transition their consulting businesses from six to seven figures, and provide coaching support with the mindset and strategy on that journey.
Personal growth has to come before business growth in many cases, so we work hard to remove limiting beliefs and scarcity.
I use the Wealth Dynamics profiling tool to help them build their business in a way that energises not depletes them. We also focus on who they need to hire to achieve the growth they are looking for, whether that’s operation, delivery or another part of the business.
My focus is always to tailor everything we do around each individual client – there is no ‘one way’ to approach growing your business and it is extremely important to me to listen and hold space for each woman’s unique vision and journey.
My clients always report feeling more confident to make the changes they have always wanted to, but previously didn’t know how to or didn’t feel they had permission to.
