Professional Background

Before I became a coach, my career was rooted in marketing, communications, and corporate partnerships. With over 20 years of professional experience, I worked across various roles in branding, project management, and fundraising, consistently delivering impactful results and creating meaningful connections.
In marketing, I managed integrated campaigns for clients in sectors like FMCG, retail, and hospitality.
Whether it was leading packaging and POS projects or implementing multi-channel communication strategies, I thrived in balancing creativity with operational excellence. At Shell PLC, for example, I oversaw
communication strategies across diverse business areas, leveraging branding expertise to drive growth
and engagement.
As a Corporate Fundraising Manager, I transitioned into the charity sector, where I nurtured partnerships
and raised significant funds for community programs. I cultivated corporate relationships, secured major 3
donations, and led impactful campaigns aligned with strategic giving objectives.
Additionally, when I became a mum, I spent 5 years self-employed, as a property inventory manager for flexibility. It reflects my adaptability and initiative in balancing professional responsibilities with personal life, particularly as I navigated new priorities after becoming a mother.
Over time, I developed a passion for helping others achieve clarity and confidence in their personal and
professional lives. This led me to train as a licensed style coach in 2010, using colour psychology and
styling to transform how women see themselves.
Recently, I became a certified life coach and an Accredited Gcologist, specialising in identifying workplace
energy for impact. I also trained in organisation and decluttering to support the importance of clarity and
focus, particularly valuable for working parents seeking balance.
My experiences have been underpinned by my Christian faith, which provided me with guidance and strength. Today, I create judgment-free spaces that foster confidence, growth, and self-discovery, blending
my professional expertise with my passion for empowering others.
With my varied background, I’m dedicated to helping clients find clarity, overcome challenges, and embrace new possibilities.

What drew you to coaching?

Hi, I’m Enekpen, passionate about guiding you toward clarity, confidence, and fulfilment as you navigate life’s complexities.
Through my own experiences with career shifts, motherhood, and personal evolution, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of the challenges we face and the incredible strength within us to overcome them.
In 2010, I became a certified style coach, drawn to the transformative power of helping women feel radiant inside and out through their clothing. By using colour psychology, custom colour palettes, and draping, I guide clients to rediscover themselves and embrace an identity that reflects their true essence.
Recently, I earned my life coaching certification, gaining deeper insights to guide others with clarity and focus. I also became a certified “GCologist,” helping women identify their unique energy for workplace impact while offering strategies to balance family, work, and personal growth.
My coaching journey is enriched by positive psychology and emotional intelligence tools, fostering self-awareness, emotional resilience, and actionable insights to achieve lasting transformation.
My background includes training in organisation and decluttering, as I believe a clear physical and mental space is foundational for growth.
