Testimonials
Working with Emily has been a wonderful and enriching experience. Her warmth, compassion and empathy created a safe space and trusted space for me to explore. Her willingness to share her personal experiences and lessons has added such a special depth to our sessions - her openness made me feel understood and empowered.
Alison, mum of 2 - jumping into a big career change
This was a true journey of self-reflection and self-awareness that unlocked the mind and removed perceived obstacles. Emily was brilliant at getting me to focus and commit to clear actions so I could maintain my commitment to change. She has a fantastic way to bring the practical into the conversation in a thoughtful and caring way.
Olga, soon to be mum of twins
I was scared about the experience of returning to work and knowing how I was going to make the juggle work and also feel like I was getting what I deserved. Through our work together I gained real clarity on where my priorities actually are and also the ability to actually put in place some proper boundaries. It made me feel excited about work but also made me realise so much about what I want for myself outside of work which is even more exciting.
Emma, mum of 2 - returning to work after maternity leave

Professional Background
Before becoming a coach, I spent 13+ years in the creative industries working in production, advertising and marketing. As my career evolved it became clear the thing that made me tick wasn’t the ‘glossy’ work but the projects that got under the skin of people and their emotions. This saw me pivot and spend the last 5 years of my career focused on working with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver behaviour change programmes for both consumers and employees.
Throughout my professional career I have had to take significant breaks. I lived with chronic pain and under went major surgery. I was signed off work with poor mental health. I have had two maternity leaves, experienced postpartum illness and suffered a silent miscarriage at 13 weeks.
All of these transitions left me asking who am I and where am I going now? My confidence was knocked, I felt like I had lost my sense of self and just had this carousel of unanswered questions playing in my head.
In particular, during my second maternity leave I was really talking myself down. Telling myself I wasn’t capable. Body shaming myself. Questioning the choices I was making. This was compounded by being pushed towards voluntary redundancy two months before I was due to return to work.
Rather than letting myself spin out of control, I decided to take a leap of faith and put myself first. I started being coached myself and the experience opened my eyes to just how capable I am, how the negative narratives I had created were limiting my potential and most significantly, what a a life full of joy and contentment could look like.
The clarity I unlocked through being coached, drove my decision to re-train as a life coach myself. My professional background made me realise who I wanted to work with on a deep level – women who have
lost their sense of self because of moments of transition in their lives.
What drew you to coaching?
There is no doubt that women in particular face lots of additional challenges as they move through life and their careers.
Motherhood (and non-motherhood), fertility challenges, periods and menopause to name just a few. And then there’s all the other stuff that’s not so gendered – relationship breakdown, relocations, mental illness, grief.
These are all moments of transition.
Sometimes literally – in and out of the work place.
Other times in the heart – letting go of and forming new identities that can help you build, discover or return to your true self.
Too often these transitions leave women feeling isolated, self-critical, disconnected and struggling to see the possibilities that come with change.
This shouldn’t be the case. Women deserve so much better and it is this that drives my vision to help guide women through moments of transition so they don’t feel lost, but instead empowered.
I’ve been there so know first hand how difficult it can be but also know that with the power of coaching amazing things can happen.
My work is the path to discover the ‘you’ after. To connect back to yourself and discover the opportunities that exist in your new reality. It is about building self-worth, reminding women of power houses they are and rediscovering joy in the chaos that comes with change.
I want to help as many women as possible know and trust themselves after shifts in life and work, and to feel empowered to take on the world with a new perspective.
