"Thank you Dipal for helping me get back into the workplace. I’ve been self employed for the past six years and a stay at home mum focusing on my children for 18 years. Working with you really helped me regain my confidence, belief in myself and seeing that I have transferable skills that can add value to an employer. I’m through to the last round of interviews for a really interesting role and company that align with my values. You have helped me so much to get strategic with finding a job. I am so grateful for your guidance and knowledge. I highly recommend anyone looking to get back into the work place after a career gap to work with you. It’s been a really good use of time and money. Thank you so much."
Mireille - looking for a job after a career break
"Thank you for our recent coaching sessions. I really appreciated your positive energy and support in helping me to think out my negative thought patterns. I now have new ways of addressing my doubts when they crop up and I am crystal clear on my goals."
Anna - Imposter Syndrome and low in confidence
"Having the sessions with Dipal were very easy to arrange as they all took place remotely. Dipal made me feel very comfortable and it was very clear that she was listening to what I was and also wasn't saying and picked on a a few underlying issues which I had not realised. These were real eye openers for me. Each session we recapped on the last and very seamlessly covered the next topic which we wanted to cover, always checking I was comfortable discussing these with her. I recommend the professional and very helpful services that Dipal provides. I have and will continue to refer Dipal to anyone I know."

My career started in the investment banking industry, straight after university. For 15 years, I worked for American and European firms, from operations to relationship management.
Throughout my time in investment banking, I acted as a mentor, helping young women to raise their profiles and navigate through the challenges of working in the corporate world.
In my last role, I became a maternity buddy for women going on maternity leave and those returning to work, to support them in their transition.
I have also been a mentor for Like Minded Females, helping women build their profiles and careers within technology.
What drew you to coaching?
My own experience of being coached lead me to becoming a coach. I was stuck in a rut of being a mum and unhappy at work, with no direction. I was lost, as wasn’t sure whom I had become. I lost my fire and needed it reignited. That’s when I sought help and decided something needed to change, otherwise I would be stuck forever.
I made changes to my health and wellbeing, and became more confident in myself and valued myself a lot more. I felt clearer in my head.
I enjoy seeing my clients grow into themselves throughout the coaching process, and how they become excited about everything they’re achieving, and their confidence levels soaring.
