Testimonials

I was able to achieve so much through working with Becs. She has a wonderful style that is relaxed and welcoming yet challegning and focussed – making sure that I kept on track even when I wanted to wander. In terms of my goals, these have been achieved even when I’ve experienced curve balls, Becs has given me the right tools to be able to find the work arounds and I’m truly grateful! Thank you!

Julie, HR director, looking for new career opportunities

Becs has an incredible ability to listen and truly understand what matters to her client. She took the time to help me pinpoint key areas in both my work and homelife that needed attention. By diving deeper into these areas, she has helped me recognise specific concerns I hadn't fully acknowledged but knew they were impacting my confidence about returning to the workplace

Gemma, Teacher, confidence returning to work after parental leave

Becs is open and non judgemental, which allows me to be more vulnerable and open up on sometimes sensitive topics. She challenges my way of thinking and helps me to overcome limiting beliefs that hold me back (such as I don’t know what I’m doing!) Through working with her I have become more aware of how I live my values and ensure I’m making decisions that are aligned with my longer term goals and what I deem important to me. Thank you Becs for your all your support and encouragement!

    Professional Background

My career has always centred around the people I work with alongside the ‘what’ it is I do. I love being part of a team and also supporting people to grow, develop, and thrive at work. I’ve worked across events, learning, and professional development for over 15 years, often in male-dominated industries where I learned to navigate complexity, lead under pressure, and build inclusive spaces for others to succeed.
Alongside my coaching practice, I’m currently Head of Learning Innovation in an organisation where I lead a brilliant team – together we develop education programmes for l postgraduate learners. I’ve spent years designing learning experiences that help professionals grow in professional capability and confidence—but what I saw time and again was how little support there is for people when life changes, not just work.
That became really apparent when I returned to work after having my first child. On paper, I was “doing well”—in reality, I was carrying an invisible mental load, questioning everything, and struggling to find space for myself in a life that had shifted overnight. It made me realise how many women are expected to slot back in as if nothing changed.
That experience led me to coaching. I trained and qualified so I could work with women in that messy- middle, yet meaningful space—when they’re figuring out who they are now and how to make work work for them.
I bring warmth, real-life experience, and a practical approach to my clients. It’s not about chasing someone else’s version of success—it’s about helping women return to work with clarity, confidence, and a deep belief in their own value.

    What drew you to coaching?

I became a coach because I believe women can have it all—just not in the way we’ve been told.
As working mums, we’re often fed the message that something has to give: your career, your ambition, your wellbeing. I don’t believe that’s true. I believe we can have a fulfilling career, be present at home, and still hold on to who we are—but only if we stop trying to meet everyone else’s expectations and start defining success for ourselves.
What I love most about coaching is helping women quiet the noise of others—opinions, guilt, comparisons—and really listen to what they want. The return to work after parental leave is such a vulnerable and powerful time. There’s a shift in identity, the weight of the mental load, and a constant question of balance. I create space to explore all of that—with honesty, humour, and zero judgement.
Together, we work through the overwhelm, reframe what balance looks like, and build confidence to move forward with intention. It’s not about “fixing” anything. It’s about reconnecting with your values, your strengths, and your voice.
The most rewarding part? Seeing my clients walk away feeling more like themselves—clearer, calmer, and more in control of their next chapter.
