I have over 15 years' leadership experience in large UK charities. My specific expertise was in leading large-scale, complex, transformational change programmes. For example, in 2015, I successfully delivered the highest strategic priority for Cancer Research UK: the transition of the London Research Institute into the Francis Crick Institute (600+ staff, 50 research labs), working across multiple internal and external stakeholders, in a complex legal framework and within stretching deadlines.
Using my expert programme management skills combined with a commitment to collaboration, I have been able to successfully navigate challenging change projects, both as an employee and as a change management consultant.
In 2017, I set up my own business in order to deliver impact to a wider number of non-profit organisations. I have built a successful change management consultancy and coaching business in a short period of time.
I am passionate about supporting organisations, teams and individuals to thrive through change and uncertainty. I have worked with organisations such as Cancer Research UK, British Heart Foundation, WaterAid, Mental Health Foundation, Independent Age, Christian Aid and the Royal Society of Chemistry.
What Drew You To Coaching?
Not so long ago, I was exhausted, overwhelmed and on the verge of burnout. I was working endlessly and felt like nothing was ever enough. I felt guilt for not being present for my kids. I felt guilt for not being able to solve all of the problems I was faced with at work. I felt not good enough on any front.
In 2017 I had a wake-up call that jolted me out of this reality. This was not the life I wanted to live. This was not the role model I wanted to be for my daughters.
My life now is unrecognisable from that time a few years ago. What I have learnt since has developed within me a deep passion to support other purpose-led women – women who care deeply and give generously – to be able to make their difference in the world and thrive. Because if we are exhausted, depleted and unhappy, we cannot have the impact we dream of having. And making a difference in the world doesn’t need to come at this huge cost.
Through my individual and group coaching programmes, I support ambitious, purpose-led women to step out of overwhelm, build a clear vision for their future and establish the foundations that will allow them to have the impact they desire whilst thriving, not merely surviving.
Hourly Rate: £100 - £200
12-week group coaching programme, 8-12 women: £597 per person
